Leadagility believes in learning by doing. Our facilitation programmes are highly interactive and experientially based. They are tailored to meet your business needs and ultimately support your people in being more agile - more responsive to change. Our facilitators come with a blend of business consulting and coaching experience. Their aim is to raise an individual’s self awareness allowing fundamental shifts in thinking and behaviour to occur. Developing Shared Vision

Vision is more than a statement, it is building shared meaning about what is important, and why, throughout the various groups in the organisation. Rather than a vision handed down from above, the process of creating a shared vision involves designing on-going processes that help people clarify what they want to collectively create for their team, business unit or organisation.

Articulation of Culture

Due to the complex nature of Culture, we do little to understand it and make it come to life for our employees. This workshop explores values, how they relate to the success of a business and how they link to workplace behaviours and norms. Learn what role you play in creating miscommunications and misunderstandings in order to improve the quality of conversations you hold with colleagues and clients. Learn tools to plan and hold difficult conversations.
